Bypass TPM and RAM:

SHIFT+F10, regedit, HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Setup. Right click and add a new key named LabConfig.

Right click in LabConfig and add two 32-bit DWORDs:

BypassTPMCheck
BypassRAMCheck

Set them both to 1.

Skip Microsoft Account

SHIFT+F10, ipconfig \release or ncpa.cpl and disable all network connections, oobe\bypassnro. Just click "I don't have internet" during setup.
